Responsibilities
- Perform heavy labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with construction activities such as concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Report safety hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or related experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
