Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards in all nighttime operations
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery with precision and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
