- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Read blueprints and follow complex construction sequences
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong physical stamina and night shift adaptability
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery preferred
