Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, trenching, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and site prep
- Maintain strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper lifting techniques
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Keep work areas clean and organized to meet OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Stamina for 8-hour night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Drug-free workplace - pre-employment screening required
