Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper material storage
- Complete daily shift reports and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on complex projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction machinery
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- WA driver's license with clean driving record
- Blueprint reading and measurement skills
