Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Operate power tools and machinery (jackhammers, saws, drills) with precision
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete work, demolition, and site cleanup
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized material storage and secure job site security
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic tool operation knowledge (hand/power tools)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project conditions
