Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shift operations
- Operate construction equipment safely including forklifts, jackhammers, and power tools
- Follow precise blueprints and safety protocols for commercial/residential projects
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Complete shift reports and document daily progress accurately
- Assist in emergency site response and weather-related project adjustments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor or skilled trades experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and best practices
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible night shift schedules
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical screening
