- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance routines
- Participate in shift briefings and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift schedule
- Basic understanding of construction safety and procedures
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
