Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently under night conditions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool inventory
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift site inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent vocational training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
