Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction activities and site preparation
- Operate power tools and machinery (training provided)
- Inspect and maintain work areas for hazards and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly project milestones
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Saturday
- Basic understanding of construction terminology preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
