Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and compactors
- Install/assemble scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and dispose of debris properly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site logistics
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
