Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and excavation tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) under expert supervision
- Install and remove construction scaffolding and safety barriers
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and layout work
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing operations
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Participate in project close-out procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license (Class D minimum)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work overnight (8 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
