Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations safely and efficiently
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers with precision
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Install and remove construction scaffolding and temporary structures
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams to ensure seamless workflow execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or technical certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (excavator, forklift, etc.) with proper credentials
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
