Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in site preparation, demolition, and cleanup operations
- Read blueprints and execute tasks as directed by site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or industrial labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
