Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Install and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Perform site preparation and cleanup with OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized tasks
- Maintain equipment safety protocols and daily inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of power tools and hand equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
