- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction projects
- Document work progress and material usage reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime shifts
