Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation during overnight shifts
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Operate power tools, machinery, and construction vehicles as directed
- Ensure site cleanliness and proper waste management throughout operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Document daily progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience or relevant trade training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
