Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light machinery (compactors, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, measurements, and material preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
