Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling during night operations
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Follow detailed blueprints and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and manual labor tasks as required
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen and communicate progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Francisco
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory control
