Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with layout, measurement, and installation tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Manage inventory and transport materials as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic tool proficiency and equipment operation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
