Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation (excavators, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, demolition, and structural work
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Operate power tools and hand tools efficiently
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for seamless workflow
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent physical labor background
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability for flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
