Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks (digging, lifting, material handling)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Night shift availability (6PM-6AM)
