Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under certified supervision
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Mix concrete, lay foundations, and erect structural frameworks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain equipment hygiene
- Collaborate with engineers and skilled trades for precision execution
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
