Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and tools efficiently at job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to meet daily production targets
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing as needed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
