Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, concrete pouring, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Complete shift reports and inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members for efficient project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to read basic blueprints and follow instructions
