Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthwork operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under OSHA guidelines
- Install/repair concrete forms and rebar infrastructure
- Manage material handling and staging for night-time deliveries
- Conduct nightly site safety inspections and hazard mitigation
- Maintain equipment logs and preventative maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews on complex builds
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Excavator/Crane operation certification preferred
- Night shift stamina and excellent night vision
- Blueprint reading and layout proficiency
- Trauma First Aid/CPR certification
