Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers) in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including cutting, drilling, and assembly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation, leveling, and concrete pouring support.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
