Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal to maintain a safe worksite.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and mark areas for cutting or digging.
- Keep accurate logs of materials used and work completed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
