Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling grounds.
- Equipment Support: Assist in the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery and power tools.
- Quality Control: Help ensure all construction tasks meet project specifications and safety codes.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as directed by the foreman.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Documentation: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
