Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, hauling materials, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety plans.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained at all times.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skill Set: Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
