Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling construction materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as skid steers and pallet jacks under supervision.
- Assist with site preparation, including demolition, debris removal, and leveling.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen to ensure accurate project execution.
- Unload materials and organize job sites efficiently to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Experience in general construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
