Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and transport them to specific job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and welders) with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris, trash, and unused materials regularly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours per night, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and the importance of keeping a clean workspace.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
