Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and site storage areas efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites, including cleaning debris, marking areas, and setting up work zones.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision to support the crew.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and spreading materials as needed.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Documentation: Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Safety Conscious: Willingness to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safety guidelines.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
