Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading and unloading construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties and general site maintenance.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, site instructions, and company policies.
- Transport tools and supplies to and from the work area.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
