Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials at job sites.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Site Support: Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
- Site Preparation: Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Tools: Basic understanding of hand tools and construction safety.
