Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and deliver them to the work site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different job sites.
