Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, material handling, and debris removal.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Perform general labor tasks such as concrete pouring, framing, or drywall installation.
- Ensure all nightly work is completed to the highest standard of quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Must be available to work night shift hours (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
