- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
