Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment for safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
