Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors regarding project timelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is highly desirable.
