Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and carrying construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Prepare construction areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and marking areas.
- Unload delivery trucks and store materials in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
