Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites for the day's operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support Trades: Provide labor support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and complying with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- General Labor: Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for 8-10 hours a day, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Experience: Prior construction labor experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
