Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with installation and assembly tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and concrete pouring support.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety diagrams.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid California Driver’s License and current DMV printout.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
