Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Clean work areas, remove debris, and prepare sites for the next day's operations.
- Tool Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with basic tasks and tool operation.
- Inventory Support: Help maintain accurate counts of on-site supplies and organize storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience: No prior construction experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Communication: Basic English skills for understanding safety instructions and team coordination.
