Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack construction materials and debris safely and efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate power tools, forklifts, and other heavy machinery under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Measurements: Perform basic measurements and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
