Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks as directed.
- Perform general cleanup, excavation, and site preparation duties.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors precisely.
- Help with basic carpentry, drywall, or painting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
