Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including loading, unloading, and cleaning construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as digging, lifting, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on uneven terrain.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety gear, and site safety procedures.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
