Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, shoveling, and setting up scaffolding.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions strictly.
- Basic communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
