Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites, including digging, hauling, and loading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of foremen and skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with site preparation, including concrete pouring, framing support, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying materials and organizing them for daily use.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for dedicated candidates.
