Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations and material transport.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, excavating, and setting up forms.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM).
- Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
